✍️ About the Author: Justice Dennis Dominic Adjei


Justice Dennis Dominic Adjei is a Justice of the Court of Appeal in Ghana and a Judge of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, elected in July 2022. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the International Criminal Court and a Senior Judges Fellow at the University of London (2022–23).
Justice Adjei holds postgraduate degrees from prestigious institutions including the University of London (LL.M. in Criminology and Criminal Justice) and Duke Law School (LL.M. in Judicial Studies), and an Executive Master of Public Administration from GIMPA.
He has served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at GIMPA, and continues to lecture at the University of Cape Coast, KNUST, and the Ghana School of Law. His academic contributions have shaped the landscape of legal education and constitutional jurisprudence in Ghana.
