Containing Sodium Sulfadimethoxine 40% m/v, it provides broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against respiratory, gastrointestinal, and joint infections in livestock.
With its extended duration of action, Disulfox L.A. ensures effective treatment with fewer administrations, making it a cost-effective and reliable solution for farmers and veterinarians.


About this item


✨ Active Ingredient:
• Sodium Sulfadimethoxine 40% m/v (long-acting sulfonamide antibiotic)
✨ Indications / Uses:
• Cattle, Sheep & Goats: Foot rot, pneumonia, navel ill, joint ill
• Calves & Lambs: Coccidiosis, bacterial scours
• Horses: Pneumonia, strangles, navel ill, joint ill
• Pigs: Pneumonia, joint ill
✨ Dosage & Administration:
• Initial dose: 1–2 mL per 10 kg body weight
• Maintenance dose: 0.5–1 mL per 10 kg body weight
• Route: Subcutaneous (SC) or slow intravenous (IV) injection
• Duration: Maximum 4 consecutive days
• Massage injection site to enhance absorption and reduce swelling
• If IV, inject slowly and monitor for discomfort
✨ Withdrawal Periods:
• Meat: 7 days after last treatment
• Milk: 48 hours after last treatment
