We work in partnership with Development Partners, local and international NGOs, District/Municipal/Metropolitan Assemblies, and other government institutions to implement projects that promote sustainable and inclusive business opportunities through agribusiness and agro-value chain development. In addition to this, we provide technical support for rural entrepreneurship development by offering tailored assistance to individual entrepreneurs, businesses, and Farmer-Based Organizations (FBOs). Our comprehensive range of services includes agribusiness and entrepreneurship training, business coaching and mentoring, value chain development, product identification, feasibility studies, business model development, business planning, fund sourcing, market access, cost-benefit analysis, economic impact assessments, operational reviews, management and financial support, FBO, VSLA, and credit union formation and capacity building, as well as business advocacy to improve the general business environment. We deliver our training using world-class experiential and adult learning methodologies, such as Competency-based Economies through Formation of Entrepreneurs (CEFE) and the ILO's Start and Improve Your Business (SYIB) model. Central to our approach is the SME Business Training and Coaching Loop, a tested tool developed by the German Development Cooperation (GIZ), which offers a hands-on Business Development Support (BDS) model tailored especially for MSMEs, including women-led businesses and agribusinesses along major agricultural value chains. This model supports entrepreneurs through coordinated training workshops to build specific skills, one-on-one coaching to address individual business challenges and achieve set targets, and guidance in identifying appropriate financing sources and strategies to access suitable funding.
