- About the Author: Lom Nuku Ahlijah


Lom Nuku Ahlijah is a seasoned legal academic and practicing attorney, serving as a lecturer at the Law Faculty of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), where he teaches Commercial Law and Legal Research & Writing. He is also the Managing Attorney at Integri Solicitors & Advocates, a Ghana-based corporate and commercial law firm.
Lom holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology and an LL.B from the University of Ghana, as well as an LL.M from Harvard Law School. He is also certified in “The Language of Business” from Harvard Business School. Lom is called to the bar in both Ghana and the State of New York, USA.
He brings years of corporate and transactional experience advising clients in energy, banking, and finance. As a contributor to the World Bank’s Women, Business and the Law series and a former International Visiting Counsel in the UK, his work bridges scholarship and impactful practice. He lives in Ghana with his wife, Kweki Quaynor Ahlijah, Esq., and their son, Delasy Xose Ahlijah.
