✍️ About the Author: Justice Dennis Dominic Adjei


Justice Dennis Dominic Adjei is a Justice of the Court of Appeal, Ghana and currently serves as a Judge of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights. A seasoned jurist, legal scholar, and educator, he has been instrumental in shaping the legal landscape of Ghana through both his judicial work and academic contributions.
He holds postgraduate degrees from institutions including the University of London and Duke University School of Law, and is a Fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences. Justice Adjei has served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at GIMPA, and lectures at leading institutions such as the University of Cape Coast, KNUST, and the Ghana School of Law.
