Philip Ebow Bondzi-Simpson is a distinguished Ghanaian legal scholar, educator, and thought leader. He is the Founding Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Cape Coast and has served in several strategic academic and public leadership roles, including Rector of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and Director of Legal Education at the Ghana School of Law.
He is the author of several acclaimed law books and has made substantial contributions to legal education, policy development, and public service in Ghana.
