✍️ About the Author


Brigadier General Daniel Kwadjo Frimpong is a retired Ghanaian military officer with over four decades of service. A product of both the Ghana Military Academy and Cadets Training in Canada, he rose to become the Deputy Commandant of the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College and Commanding Officer of the Ghana Military Academy (1998–2002).
He was Ghana’s first Military Adviser at the UN Permanent Mission in New York and served as UN Senior Military Adviser in East Africa. He holds a BA in English and Philosophy (University of Ghana) and a Master’s in Public Administration (Carleton University, Canada). In retirement, he continues to shape Africa’s peace and leadership discourse.
