This sophisticated simulator replicates the full scope of maternal, fetal, and neonatal care — from prenatal check-ups to labor, delivery, postpartum management, and newborn emergency interventions. It includes lifelike models of a pregnant woman, a fetus, and a newborn, paired with intuitive software and real-time monitoring tools.
Key features include the simulation of both normal and complicated deliveries, such as breech birth, umbilical cord prolapse, dystocia, cesarean section, preeclampsia, and postpartum hemorrhage. The system also features a delivery process and fetal heart sound controller with adjustable heart rate (80–180 bpm), cervical dilation stages (0–10 cm), and a mechanical transmission with elastic adaptors to simulate both head-first and breech deliveries. Training functions such as a Leopold maneuver cushion, tracheal intubation, venous access in the maternal arm, vulvar suture practice, and full CPR capability based on international guidelines are also integrated into the maternal model.
The neonatal model supports intubation, gastric lavage, suction, umbilical and venous care, and full CPR resuscitation (mouth-to-mouth, nose, and bag-valve-mask).
