With an accuracy of ±2% after calibration, the pump offers a broad infusion rate range—up to 1500 ml/h for 50 ml syringes—and customizable volume settings up to 1000 ml. Key features include a bolus function, adjustable Keep Vein Open (KVO) rate, and an advanced alarm system that alerts for syringe disengagement, occlusion, low battery, and other critical events.
The device stores up to 1600 history records and provides an RS232 computer interface, with optional nurse call and wireless monitoring systems available. Powered by a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery, the HK-400 delivers approximately 7 hours of operation at 25 ml/h and can be fully recharged within 3 to 10 hours, depending on power conditions.
