✍️ About the Author: Ferdinand D. Adadzi


Ferdinand D. Adadzi is a respected legal scholar and practitioner, currently serving as Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), where he teaches Company Law, Contract Law, and Legal Research & Writing.
He is also a Partner at AB & David, a leading Pan-African business law firm with offices in five African countries and affiliates across the continent. As co-head of the firm’s Corporate & Finance Group and leader of its Energy, Infrastructure, and PPP practice, Ferdinand advises local and international clients on wide-ranging legal issues.
A First-Class LL.B graduate from the University of Ghana and a holder of an LL.M from the University of Alberta (Canada), Ferdinand was called to the Ghana Bar in 2003. His legal insights are enriched by years of cross-border advisory work, legal drafting, and scholarly engagement with Ghana’s evolving business laws.
