With a professional background in Environmental Safety, Leadership Development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), she brings a unique lens to storytelling—one rooted in empathy and global citizenship.
A mother of two children with Ghanaian names, Beatrice is all too familiar with the discomfort caused by name mispronunciations. Her debut book Names is both personal and universal, offering a healing message for anyone who’s ever felt unseen or unheard.
In her spare time, Beatrice mentors women in STEM, supports work-life balance communities, and volunteers in local programs. She finds joy in family time, travel, and helping others embrace their identity with pride.
