This high-quality neonatal incubator provides a precisely controlled thermoneutral microenvironment for preterm and low-birthweight infants requiring intensive care support in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). The servo-controlled temperature regulation system maintains the incubator air and/or the infant's skin temperature within ±0.1°C of the set point, preventing hypothermia and hyperthermia. The high-humidity function minimises insensible water loss through the immature skin of very preterm infants. The dual-LED phototherapy unit delivers high-intensity blue-spectrum light (wavelength 450–490nm) for effective treatment of neonatal jaundice (hyperbilirubinemia) by photo-isomerising bilirubin in the skin. Suitable for district hospital NICU units, referral centres, and private maternity hospitals.
