We strengthen financial and investment access along the agribusiness value chains through intensive due diligence, capacity building, coaching, mentoring, training, business planning, accounting services, and access to markets. We identify agribusinesses with investment potential and package them for financial and grant institutions (FIs) to help secure appropriate financing that drives business growth and returns for investors. By simplifying the financing and investment process, we bring agribusinesses closer to FIs and co-develop innovative financial packages in collaboration with FIs, agribusiness firms, and smallholder farmers, with a strong emphasis on financial monitoring to enable reinvestments. Our experience includes contributing to the success of the USAID-FINGAP project as a Business Advisory Service provider, facilitating $44.9 million to 257 SMEs in rice, maize, and soya value chains, impacting 61,934 smallholder farmers. We facilitated over $20 million and developed a pipeline deal worth $100 million, secured a €1.1 million grant for Prefos Company Ltd for a 75MW solar assembly line and solar farm through GIZ IFE, and designed a youth and women agribusiness program for the National Service Scheme, attracting $10 million from Mastercard Foundation to employ about 200,000 personnel. We also arranged a $3.8 million blended financing package for the Greater Accra Poultry Farmers Association, including a $2.4 million GIZ grant and loans from GCB and ABSA, boosting feed mill capacity. Additionally, we developed proposals for Fanteakwa & Kuapa Cocoa Farmers to access a $1.5 million AVSF grant, secured $300,000 from Wangara Investment and a $50,000 USDA matching grant for Akwaaba Feeds, and initiated the Finance Factory Project offering accounting services and mentorship to 50 consultants and 200 SMEs, raising $2.8 million in the poultry sector. We created a business plan and facilitated $2.5 million from Exim Bank for BET Export Trading Company Ltd for cashew processing and fish farming, and raised $5 million for M.M. AWAL Enterprise Ltd to expand rice and cashew operations across West Africa. Lastly, we supported four companies in securing €800,000 in CARI grants through Technoserve and developed business plans that helped secure GHS 5 million for Matching Grant Recipients.
