We facilitate access to reliable markets for agribusinesses to support their growth by implementing innovative marketing strategies and connecting key value chain actors, with a strong focus on promoting access to export markets. Our approach is grounded in thorough market research, agricultural value chain mapping, and value chain analysis to ensure informed and targeted interventions. Our expertise includes the development of an inclusive financing model in partnership with Fidelity Bank and the SNV Hortifresh Project, enabling Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs) in areas such as Denu, Afrancho, Akumadan, Tuobodom, Anloga, and Accra to access markets and financing for vegetable and fruit farming. We have facilitated access to markets for staple crops like rice, soy, and maize, totaling over 10,000 metric tons, and supported 1,500 smallholder farmers in Malawi through the development of VSLAs and market access initiatives, impacting over 50,000 metric tons of agricultural trade. Additionally, we have assessed and developed business roadmaps for over 25 agribusinesses across Ghana using the Scope-Insight Certified tool from the Netherlands, with support from the Market Development Programme for Northern Ghana (MADE), funded by DFID and implemented by Nathan & Associates, to strengthen market linkages.
