✍️ About the Authors: Genevieve Nettey & Dr. Tetteh Nettey


Genevieve Nettey is a seasoned banker, mentor, and marriage counselor. She holds an MBA in Marketing and serves as a Branch Manager at Ecobank Ghana, a Director at Meridian-Marshalls Holdings Ltd., and board member of Meridian Pre-University. She actively mentors young women through Star Sapphires and the Social Graces Club at the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC).
Dr. Tetteh Nettey, co-author of You Failed, So What?, is an entrepreneur, educator, and thought leader. With an MBA in Entrepreneurship, a Doctorate in Management, and membership in the Stanford Seed Transformation Network, he founded Meridian Pre-University and Marshalls College. His institutions are known for promoting access to higher education in Ghana, with Marshalls becoming the first educational institution listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Together, the Netteys have mentored over 6,000 students, counseled dozens of couples through ICGC’s Family Enrichment Ministry, and built a marriage of nearly 20 years grounded in mutual respect and purpose. They live in Accra with their three children: Grandsir, Lynnette, and Giovanni.
