About Buildium
Buildium is cloud-based property management software that brings accounting, rent collection, leasing, maintenance and tenant screening into one platform. It is aimed at property managers and real estate professionals running rental and community association portfolios.
The vendor says it is built for mixed portfolios, including residential, multifamily, single-family, student housing, commercial, community associations (condos and HOAs) and large enterprise operations.
Residents and owners can pay rent and bills online by ACH or credit card, and managers can syndicate listings, take online rental applications and run a paper-free leasing process. Property manager and Resident Center mobile apps are also offered.
