Skoela ERP is a school management platform from Skoela Technology. It brings admissions, fees, academics, attendance, parent communication, safe pickup, canteen and general school operations into one system.
Schools can create fees, send payment reminders and issue digital invoices and receipts. Parents can view reports, homework, announcements and payment status through a parent dashboard and the mobile apps.
For safety, the platform supports geofenced pickup and drop-off, alerts to parents and staff, and pre-authorised pickup contacts. Bulk SMS and email tools let schools send notices to chosen groups and track delivery.
