It covers reviews, check-ins and objective setting, with tools and templates for conversations from onboarding and probation through to performance realignment. An AI-powered notetaker can capture reviews and check-ins and produce editable, structured notes for each review question.
Appraisd also includes feedback and shout-out features for recognition, talent management tools that link performance data to career and succession planning, and customisable reports for spotting trends in ratings and completion across teams, managers or departments.
It connects to Microsoft Teams, Slack and Outlook, and the vendor says it integrates with more than 25 HRIS providers, including BambooHR, PeopleHR and Cascade. The vendor states that Appraisd is now branded Talos Perform.
