Employment Hero is an all-in-one platform that brings HR, payroll, recruitment, rostering and employee benefits together in one place. It is designed mainly for small and medium-sized businesses and growing organisations.
The company also offers HeroForce, a managed employer-of-record service that provides the legal infrastructure to hire and employ people in more than 180 countries, covering contracts, payroll and compliance.
The platform includes AI tools for recruitment screening, HR questions and payroll processing. An employee app lets staff handle leave requests, timesheets, learning and perks from their phones.
