Asana
Work management software for teams to plan, automate and run workflows alongside AI agents.
About Asana
Asana is a work management platform that helps teams organise their work, from daily tasks to strategic initiatives. It was founded in 2008 by Dustin Moskovitz and Justin Rosenstein.
The current product is positioned around what Asana calls agentic work management. It combines people and AI agents in one shared space, built on the Asana Work Graph, which links tasks, projects, goals, people and dependencies.
According to the page, the platform includes pre-built AI Teammates (for example Launch Coordinator, Portfolio Advisor, Compliance Manager and Project Manager), AI Studio for no-code automations, and Asana Dash. Agents are said to have their own identity, scoped permissions, an audit trail and cost constraints, managed from the same console as human users.
Asana also offers related products for service management (IT, HR, facilities and legal), client management for agencies, and tools for developer teams. It serves company types from small businesses to enterprises, as well as nonprofits, government, education and other sectors.
