AssessTEAM is a cloud-based performance management platform. It lets organisations set goals and OKRs, build KPIs, run employee evaluations and track results in one place.
It supports different evaluation methods, from scheduled annual reviews and competency assessments to continuous feedback, project-based assessments and 360-degree reviews. The vendor says it provides thousands of preconfigured performance indicators and templates to help new users get started.
The platform also includes timesheets and project profitability tracking, which compare labour costs and time against project budgets. Rating scales, branding, language and currency can be customised. Native iPhone and Android apps are available.
