Bizneo HR is a human resources platform from Bizneo, a company based in Madrid, Spain. According to its website, it brings six suites and 38 products into one system, covering time and attendance, recruitment, performance, communication and expenses.

Employees use a web portal and a mobile app to request holidays and absences, view events and receive notifications. Managers and HR teams can approve requests, run reports and follow dashboards covering turnover, absenteeism and performance.

The vendor says it applies AI in several areas, including screening and ranking candidates, analysing evaluations, predicting staff turnover and absence, spotting irregular clock-in patterns, and extracting data from photographed receipts.
