About Brevo
Brevo is an all-in-one customer engagement platform that brings email marketing, SMS campaigns, marketing automation and a CRM into one web-based service. It is aimed at small businesses as well as larger organisations and developers.
Campaigns can be built with a drag-and-drop editor and ready-made templates, and no-code automation helps with routine sending. Segmentation includes web tracking, so messages can be targeted by customer behaviour.
Brevo also covers other channels and tools, including WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications, live chat, chatbots, transactional messaging and loyalty features. AI features, branded as Aura, assist with copy, send times and product recommendations. The site says Brevo connects with more than 150 other tools, and an API is documented for developers.
