ERPNext

Open source ERP for accounting, stock, sales, manufacturing, HR and more, aimed at small and medium businesses.

About ERPNext

ERPNext is an open source enterprise resource planning (ERP) system from Frappe. It brings accounting, sales, procurement, stock, manufacturing, projects, point of sale, HR and payroll into one application.

The publisher says it suits small and medium businesses and works for most industries and countries, including manufacturing, trading and distribution, retail, services and education. It states that no features are held back behind paid tiers and that there is no per-user fee.

Forms, reports, print formats and dashboards can be customised with its low-code and no-code builder. Other tools can be connected through its API, and multi-level approval workflows and role-based permissions are included.

  • Accounting with multi-currency and multi-subsidiary support
  • Stock, manufacturing and quality management
  • Sales, CRM, procurement and support
  • Cloud-based point of sale and HR & payroll

You can start with a free trial. The publisher also offers hosting through Frappe Cloud and lists implementation partners. Check the pricing page for current plans.
