About Lightspeed Restaurant POS
Lightspeed Restaurant POS is a cloud-based point of sale, payments and restaurant management platform. It lets restaurants take orders, accept payments, track inventory and run front-of-house and back-of-house operations from one system.
Menus, screens and floor plans can be customised to suit a restaurant's own workflows. Operators can manage as many locations as they need from a single platform, with shared guest data and reports across sites. Hotels can connect their property management system (PMS) and manage several revenue centres, including charge-to-room options.
The software keeps working if the internet connection drops. Data entered offline is stored on the device and uploaded automatically once the connection returns. Master data maintenance cannot be done offline.
