About GuardTrac
GuardTrac is a cloud-based platform for security companies to manage guards, sites and clients from one dashboard. It covers guard tracking, patrols, scheduling, time tracking, payroll preparation, client billing and reporting.
Guards use a mobile app for iOS and Android to clock in and out with GPS verification and geofencing, scan QR code or NFC checkpoints, file incident reports with photos and location, and message dispatch. Managers can see guard locations, review patrol activity and fill open shifts through guard requests and approvals.
A client portal gives customers visibility into their sites, with scheduled report emails on the Pro plan. Pro also includes TracBot, an AI assistant that answers questions about your own guards, sites, shifts and reports in plain English.
