OrangeHRM is an all-in-one human resource management system (HRMS) that brings employee records, recruitment, onboarding, leave, time and performance management into one platform. It is aimed at businesses of all sizes, including small companies and non-profits.
The product is offered in two editions. OrangeHRM Starter is a free, open-source version for small businesses covering employee management, leave tracking and reporting. OrangeHRM Advanced is a paid subscription that adds modules such as recruitment, performance management and payroll integration, with a 30-day free trial.
