About PeopleGoal
PeopleGoal is a customisable HR platform from ProProfs for managing employee performance. It covers goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent development in one system.
HR teams can run goal cycles using OKRs or SMART goals, or build their own templates, and link individual, team and company goals. Reviews can include 360 feedback and continuous feedback, with input from more than one manager on a single employee.
The platform also includes onboarding and core HR tools such as absence management and asset tracking. A no-code workflow builder, custom apps, roles and permissions, and configurable org charts let organisations shape the system around their own processes.
