About PerformYard
PerformYard is a web-based performance management platform for HR teams. It brings performance reviews, goal tracking, feedback, meetings and engagement surveys into one system, so that performance data is kept in one place rather than spread across spreadsheets and separate tools.
Teams can run annual reviews, quarterly check-ins, 360-degree feedback and project-based reviews on their own timelines. Goals can be set for individuals, teams and the company, and linked directly to reviews. Continuous feedback and shared one-on-one agendas and notes feed into review cycles.
The platform includes AI features, such as building review forms and goals through conversation, generating reports from plain-language requests, and summarising reviews and meetings. The vendor also lists coaching tools, compensation reviews, and skills and competency tracking as part of its newer Talent Development offering.
