About Sortly
Sortly is inventory management software for small businesses that need to keep track of physical stock, including supplies, materials, tools and equipment. It is available as a mobile app and works across devices through cloud-based syncing.
Items can be organised into folders by location, type and other groupings, and extra details can be added with custom fields. An existing inventory list can be uploaded rather than re-typed.
Day-to-day counting is supported by a built-in barcode and QR code scanner, photos for each item, and alerts when stock runs low. Reports on items, folders and user history can be exported as PDF or CSV files, which is useful for audits, budgeting and forecasting.
