UKG Ready is a cloud-based workforce management suite from UKG. It brings human resources, payroll, time and attendance, and employee scheduling into one system, and is aimed at small and mid-sized organisations.
Managers can record hours worked, build and adjust schedules, and handle leave requests. Employees can usually clock in, view schedules and request time off from a browser or the vendor's mobile app.
