Common Reasons for Rejection

Multiple Items in One Offer

Each offer must be for one product or service only. Please post items separately.

Rule: 1 offer = 1 item
Inappropriate or Edited Images

Avoid using nudity, watermarked images, or images that contain contact details. Upload original, clear pictures of the actual item or service you're offering.

Unrealistic or Misleading Pricing

If the price is too low or too high compared to similar products, the offer may be rejected. Ensure the pricing reflects real market value in Ghana.

Incorrect Category Selected

Choosing the wrong category can lead to rejection, especially in jobs and services. Make sure the offer is listed in the appropriate section.

Violating Content or Item Restrictions

Ensure your offer does not include prohibited items or violate Namidor's terms. See the list of prohibited items.

How to Fix Your Offer

Go back to your offer and make the necessary changes based on the identified issues.

Resubmit

Click "Add Product" again to resubmit your corrected offer for review.

Wait for Approval

If everything meets the platform's standards, your offer will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.
