About ClickUp
ClickUp is a cloud-based work management platform that brings tasks, documents, goals and team communication into one workspace. It is used by small teams, agencies and larger organisations to plan and track work.
Work is organised in a hierarchy of workspaces, spaces, folders and lists, and tasks can be viewed in several ways, such as list, board (Kanban), calendar and Gantt views. Teams can assign tasks, set due dates and priorities, and add custom fields and statuses to match their own process.
The platform also includes collaborative documents, dashboards for reporting, time tracking and automations that reduce repetitive manual steps. It connects with other tools through integrations and an API, and it has an AI assistant feature that is offered as an add-on.
