About PayFit
PayFit is a cloud payroll and HR platform aimed at UK businesses. It combines payroll software with a dedicated team of UK payroll experts, so routine payroll work is prepared for you and you review and approve before payday.
The service handles payroll data checks, National Insurance calculations, payslips and RTI submissions to HMRC. Payfit states that it takes legal responsibility for the payroll it runs and applies regulatory changes as they happen.
The platform also covers leave and absence, expenses, performance reviews, HR documents, contract templates and reporting. An AI assistant, Payfit AI, is described as flagging anomalies, answering payroll and HR questions and handling routine tasks.
Integrations listed on the site include Xero, QuickBooks, Kota, Spendesk and BambooHR. Note that the service is built around UK payroll rules and HMRC, so it suits businesses with UK employees rather than Ghanaian payroll.
