About QR-Patrol
QR-Patrol is an online guard tour and patrol management system for security companies and organisations. Guards scan QR-code, NFC or Beacon checkpoints with a smartphone, and the monitoring centre sees the results in real time through a web application.
Managers can schedule patrols, track guards' GPS locations and review scheduled, overdue, missed, passed and failed scans. Data can be filtered by date range and status, and reports can be exported. Guards can attach pictures, voice messages, notes and signatures to scanned items.
Safety tools such as SOS and Man Down alerts are listed on the higher plans, and the vendor describes a built-in AI assistant that answers questions about your patrol data in natural language.
The vendor lists three subscription plans, priced per guard per month:
- Base: GPS monitoring, real-time alerts, schedules, NFC/QR/Beacon checkpoints, daily reports and the AI assistant.
- Pro: adds mobile forms, welfare checks, external SOS button, Man Down, indoor location, face verification, SSO and API access.
- Gold: adds full issue management, time and attendance, custom reporting, virtual checkpoints, guard trail, asset tracking and branding options.
