Wave

Accounting, invoicing, online payments and payroll in one place for small businesses and solopreneurs.

About Wave

Wave is a money management suite for small business owners, freelancers and solopreneurs. It brings accounting, invoicing, payments and payroll together in one system, so you do not need to piece together separate tools.

You can track income and expenses, follow cash flow, see who owes you and who you owe, and run reports to help with decisions and tax preparation. Wave says it is built for business owners rather than accountants.

Invoices and estimates can be created in a few clicks. Customers can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Apple Pay, according to the vendor. Payroll is available for paying employees and managing contractors.

  • Accounting with income, expense and cash flow tracking
  • Professional invoices and estimates, including recurring invoices
  • Online payments by card, bank transfer or Apple Pay
  • Payroll for employees and contractors
  • Mobile app alongside the web experience
  • Optional one-to-one help from bookkeeping, accounting and payroll advisors

Wave is a Canadian-founded company (Wave Financial Inc.). Availability of payments and payroll, supported currencies and local tax features vary by country, so check the vendor's pricing and help pages before relying on it in Ghana.
