About QuickBooks
QuickBooks is cloud-based accounting software from Intuit, aimed at small and growing businesses. It brings bookkeeping, invoicing, bill payment, payroll and financial reporting together on one platform, and connects to your bank and other apps to reduce manual entry.
The current version includes Intuit Intelligence, a set of AI-powered tools. According to the vendor, these can help sort expenses, flag inconsistencies, draft invoices and payment reminders for your approval, and produce cash flow forecasts from your live data. Some of these features are labelled beta.
Beyond accounting, the page lists optional tools for email marketing, a customer hub, team management, project costing, inventory and sales tax. It also lists lending and a business credit card, which are offered in the US and may not be available in Ghana.
