About Zoho Books
Zoho Books is cloud-based accounting software from Zoho Corporation. It is aimed at small businesses, startups, non-profits and accounting firms, and covers invoicing, expenses, tax management, bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
You can raise quotes and invoices, send online payment links, set up recurring invoices and reminders, and track vendor bills and expenses. Inventory, projects and time tracking are included, and foreign transactions can be handled with multi-currency support.
Access is through the web, with mobile apps for Android and iOS and a desktop app for Windows. Roles and permissions let teams work together, and customer and vendor portals support payments and communication. An API is available for developers.
