About Zoom
Zoom is a collaboration platform from Zoom Communications, Inc. (formerly Zoom Video Communications). It brings video meetings, team chat, VoIP phone, webinars, whiteboard, events and contact centre tools together in one place.
The main product, Zoom Workplace, covers day-to-day communication for hybrid and remote teams. Zoom also offers customer experience tools (Zoom CX), business services for sales and HR, and AI features such as meeting summaries and note taking.
Developers can embed Zoom into their own products using the Video SDK, Meeting SDK, APIs and the Zoom Marketplace for apps and integrations. Apps are available for desktop and mobile, and Zoom can be used in a web browser.
