About Slack
Slack is a work platform that brings team conversations, files, apps and AI assistants into one place. Work is organised in channels, which are shared spaces for teams, colleagues and AI agents.
Slackbot, the built-in AI assistant, can answer questions using company context, help automate tasks and work inside channels. AI-powered search is meant to help people find past files, decisions and conversations.
Teams can build workflows by click or by code, manage tasks with Lists, hold huddles (built-in audio and video calls) and chat with clients and vendors through Slack Connect. Slack also connects with many other tools, such as Google Drive, Asana, Box and Zoom.
