Dropbox
Cloud storage, file sharing and eSignature for individuals, teams and larger organisations.
About Dropbox
Dropbox is a cloud storage and file-sharing service that lets individuals and teams store, share and work on files from one place. Its business plans add tools for editing PDFs, collecting signatures, sharing large files and managing how a team shares content.
Files stay in sync across devices, and deleted files can be restored for a set period. Team plans include team folders, groups and roles, admin controls and options such as password protection and branded sharing.
Larger plans add features such as tiered admin management, end-to-end encryption, advanced key management, compliance tracking and single sign-on. Enterprise customers can arrange custom storage and user numbers with the vendor's sales team.
- Cloud storage and backup, starting at 3 TB for a team
- Transfer for sending large files, up to 100 GB (250 GB on Enterprise)
- PDF editing and eSignature
- Replay for video feedback and approval
- Team folders, groups, roles and admin controls
Dropbox is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. Business plans are billed per user, and the vendor lists a free trial.
