About Microsoft Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a family of cloud business applications covering customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP). It is aimed at organisations that want sales, customer service, finance, operations and supply chain work to share one set of data.
Microsoft describes the range as "agentic", meaning AI assistants and agents are built into the apps to help with routine tasks such as qualifying leads, handling support cases, scheduling field technicians and managing supplier communications. Custom agents can also be built with Copilot Studio.
Apps are sold separately, so a business can start with the area it needs. The page lists the following:
