About SusuPaa
SusuPaa is web-based software for Ghana's traditional savings economy, made by Pavex Ltd. in Accra. It brings group susu cycles, goal-based savings plans, passbook accounts and a full loan book together on one double-entry ledger.
It is aimed at susu collectors, cooperatives and licensed microfinance institutions. Members get a portal with mobile money payments, and field agents can record collections without a network connection; these post when the phone next syncs.
SusuPal is an AI assistant that answers questions from your own account data, such as who is in arrears or what a month's trial balance shows. The page states that it is read-only and cannot move money or change records.
Lending covers the full loan lifecycle, with portfolio at risk and provisioning reporting. Staff roles are separated, and money actions can require a second person's approval. The double-entry ledger is included on every tier, including the free one.
