About Pipedrive
Pipedrive is a sales CRM and pipeline management tool that helps small businesses manage leads, track sales activity and close deals. It was founded in 2010 and says it is used by more than 100,000 companies in 179 countries.
Deals are shown on a kanban-style board that you can adapt to your own sales process. You can import data from spreadsheets or other CRM tools, add custom fields, link products or services to deals and keep contact history in one place.
The platform includes two-way email sync (up to five accounts), calendar sync, task reminders and call scheduling with meeting links for Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Workflow automation handles follow-ups, and reporting covers forecasting, goal-setting and team monitoring.
Pipedrive also has built-in AI features. Nova, a newer feature, briefs you before calls, records and transcribes them, and drafts CRM updates for you to approve. The page says Nova is included in all plans. The company lists more than 500 integrations and a marketplace of apps, and states that the product is GDPR compliant.
