About Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management system for managing leads, sales pipelines and customer follow-up. Zoho says it serves 350,000 businesses and has been available for 21 years.
It includes built-in AI agents, which Zoho says can prospect, research and qualify leads. Pre-built agents are available from the Zia Agent Store, and custom agents can be built in Zia Agent Studio. The page also describes MCP access, so tools such as Claude and ChatGPT can connect to the CRM.
Sales automation covers follow-ups, approvals and suggested next steps. Higher plans add process management, inventory management, predictive intelligence, unlimited reports and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ).
Zoho lists more than 1,200 integrations, including QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Shopify, Zapier, Dropbox and WhatsApp. It also offers a free trial, free migration assistance for teams moving from Salesforce or HubSpot, and several paid plans priced per user per month.
